How to I book tickets?

You can click "Book Online" above or call 01388 775508.

Please be aware that we cannot take payment over the phone.

Are there booking fees?

Yes, online you'll be charged 15p per ticket as a transaction fee from our online ticket provider.

There are no fees over the phone or in person.

What if I'm late?

We may ask you to wait until an appropriate break in the show to take you seat.

 

We cannot offer a refund or discount for latecomers.

Can I pass my tickets on?

Your tickets are yours - you can donate them to a raffle, give them to a friend or sell them on but you cannot sell them for more than face value.

We are not responsible for the validity of "sold on" tickets and they are bought at buyers risk from the seller.

How will I get my tickets?

If you book online, you'll get your e-tickets in your inbox. You don't need to print them out, just show us them on your phone at the door.

Tickets booked over the phone will be held on the door for you.

Can I have a refund?

If you give us at least 24 hours notice before the performance then absolutely.

 

If you give us less than 24 hours notice, it is at the discretion of our Box Office Manager.

Can I record the show?

No.

 

This is against the law and you will be asked to leave. For productions featuring children or vulnerable people, we may ask the venue staff to contact the police.

Do you offer discounts?

We regularly offer discounts for group bookings of 10 or more. You can find our full range of tickets on the booking page for the show.

We have a limited number of tickets per production to distribute as prizes for local raffles; please contact us for more information.

Can I change my booking?

Of course you can! You'll need to give us notice at least 24 hours before your chosen performance so that we have time to look at your request but it shouldn't be a problem.

What if a show is cancelled?

We'll offer to move your booking to another performance or if that isn't possible, we'll give you a full refund.

Do you offer companion tickets?

We do.

 

Companion tickets are priced at 50% of the ticket value and are at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.
