Where possible, we are happy to exchange your tickets to an alternate performance of the same production. Please contact the team by email to arrange your exchange.

Late Arrivals

The time printed on your ticket is when the performance will begin and doors usually open 30 minutes before the performance.

Unfortunately, if you arrive after the performance has started, we cannot guarantee that you can be seated. If it is possible, you'll be seated at a suitable point in the show.

We do not offer refunds for those who have arrived late.

Refunding Tickets

Once purchased, we do not usually offer a refund unless we have cancelled a performance or where we have altered the date or time of a performance.
